NOV – Fiberglass Systems provides composite piping systems, fittings, and structures to the oil and gas, chemical, marine, offshore, fuel handling, and mining industries. This entry-level position is located in Waycross, GA, and ensures the safe and quality manufacturing of our fiberglass parts in an efficient manner before shipment to our customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operates fiberglass chop gun
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Utilize safe work habits
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily 
• Walking up to 12 hours daily 
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily 
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily 
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly 
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Travel less than 10%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three years of verifiable work history preferred
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
